These terms apply to purchases made directly from SIA "BeruzTusb" through our website. They do not apply to purchases made through third-party marketplaces, retailers or websites.

SIA "BeruzTusb" is an online retail business selling selected corsets and corset tops for evening, occasion and everyday styling.

We may operate using a fulfilment model. This means that some products may be stored, packed, dispatched, delivered, returned, replaced or inspected by trusted suppliers, fulfilment partners, warehouses, logistics providers or courier companies on our behalf.

Your contract for the purchase of products through our website is with SIA "BeruzTusb", unless clearly stated otherwise.

3. Use of our website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, disable, overload, impair or interfere with our website, systems, checkout, payment processing, customer service or other users.

You must not:

  • Use our website for fraud, unlawful activity or misleading transactions;

Corsets are fitted garments. You are responsible for checking the product description, size information, measurements, fit guidance and any care instructions before placing an order.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, our products are fashion garments and are not medical, orthopaedic, therapeutic or corrective medical devices. Any styling, fit or product guidance on our website is general information only.

We may update product information, pricing, descriptions, images or availability at any time. Changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted unless there is an obvious error or we contact you to agree a change.

6. Size and fit

We provide product and size information to help customers choose suitable items. However, fit can vary depending on body shape, garment construction, fabric, lacing, styling preference and how the item is worn.

Size guidance is provided for convenience and does not guarantee a perfect fit. 7. Product availability

Products are subject to availability. Because we may use fulfilment partners, supplier stock feeds or warehouse networks, availability can change quickly.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to offer a replacement, alternative product, delayed fulfilment or refund. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund the relevant amount paid.

8. Prices, taxes and delivery charges

Product prices are displayed on our website and may change from time to time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order, unless there is an obvious pricing error.

Delivery charges, taxes and any other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before you submit your order, where applicable.

For deliveries outside Latvia or the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

If we discover an obvious error in the price, description, availability, promotion or delivery cost of a product you ordered, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the corrected information or cancel the order.

We are not required to supply a product at an incorrect price where the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake.

10. Orders and order acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms of Service.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean that the order has already been dispatched.

We reserve the right to accept or refuse an order for legitimate reasons, including where:

  • There is an obvious pricing, product information or availability error;
  • Payment is declined, reversed or cannot be verified;

If we refuse or cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payment options may include card payments, Shopify-supported payment methods or other payment providers displayed on our website.

Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store complete payment card details on our own systems.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and billing information. If payment is declined, reversed, disputed or suspected to be fraudulent, we may suspend or cancel the relevant order.

12. Fulfilment and delivery

We may fulfil orders directly or through trusted suppliers, warehouses, fulfilment partners, logistics providers and courier companies.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only unless we specifically state otherwise. Delivery may be affected by stock availability, supplier processing times, warehouse processing times, courier delays, customs checks, public holidays, incorrect address information or events outside our reasonable control.

If your order contains multiple products, the items may be shipped separately, arrive in separate parcels, arrive on different dates or be dispatched from different fulfilment locations.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address information provided by you.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person nominated by you to receive them. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment.

13. Delivery problems

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged in transit or shown as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@beruztusb.com.

We may need to review tracking information, courier records, delivery confirmation, fulfilment status and any evidence you provide. We will work with the courier, supplier, warehouse or fulfilment partner to investigate and resolve the issue where reasonably possible.

14. Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@beruztusb.com.

We will try to cancel the order before it is processed. However, because some orders may be sent quickly to suppliers, warehouses or fulfilment partners, cancellation before dispatch cannot always be guaranteed.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still have the right to return it after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

15. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged goods, faulty products and withdrawal rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions.

Please do not send products to our business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Because we may use fulfilment partners and warehouse locations, the correct return address may be different from our business address.

16. Faulty, damaged or not-as-described products

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits your statutory rights. If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or does not conform to the contract, you may have rights under applicable consumer protection law.

If you believe a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or videos where relevant.

Products damaged by misuse, incorrect lacing, excessive tightening, alteration, washing, dry cleaning, improper storage, unauthorised repair, accidental damage, failure to follow care instructions or normal wear and tear may not qualify as faulty.

17. Fitting, use and care of products

Corsets and corset tops should be tried on and used carefully. You are responsible for following any product instructions, size guidance, lacing guidance, care labels and maintenance instructions supplied with the product or displayed on our website.

When trying on a corset, please avoid perfume, deodorant, make-up, fake tan, body oils, lotions or other substances that may mark the fabric. Please do not wear the product for an event, photoshoot or extended use if you intend to return it.

You should not use products in a way that is unsafe, unsuitable, damaging to the product or contrary to the instructions provided.

18. Product advice and website content

Any styling guidance, size guidance, fit information, product recommendations, blog content, FAQs or support information on our website is provided for general information only.

Such information is not medical, health, therapeutic, orthopaedic or professional body-shaping advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for your intended use, comfort, styling preference and personal circumstances.

19. Customer accounts

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it has been misused, compromised, used fraudulently or used in breach of these terms.

20. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes, promotional offers, sale prices and special offers are subject to the terms displayed with the promotion.

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, may be limited to certain products or customers, may have expiry dates, may be withdrawn at any time and may not be combined with other offers.

  • Losses caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by you;
  • Personal dissatisfaction with fit, styling or appearance where the product matches the description and your statutory rights are not affected;
  • Business losses if you purchased as a consumer, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity or business interruption;
  • Delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control;
  • Third-party courier delays, customs delays or service provider failures, except where we remain legally responsible.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

27. Business customers

If you purchase products for business, trade, resale, professional styling, commercial photoshoots, commercial events or other commercial use, you confirm that you are acting as a business customer and not as a consumer.

For business customers, we exclude implied warranties and liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Business customers are responsible for checking suitability, fit, sizing, compliance, use requirements and compatibility before purchasing or using products.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
